Key Responsibilities will include:
- Identify customer problems/pain points working in collaboration with Customer Experience and Retention teams
- Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to define product roadmap
- Responsible for competitor analysis and identifying market opportunities
- Work with internal technical teams and 3rd parties where necessary to refine product projects
- Manage the product life cycle end to end where the main goal is to enhance customer experience
- Create marketing collateral to support product launch internally and externally
- Definition and delivery of sales tools (e.g. demos, presentations) for other business team
- Present business cases to teams to get buy-in
- Responsible for Product KPIS
- Report on key metrics as weekly meetings with key stakeholders
- 3+ years’ experience ideally in a B2C product management role
- Proven track record in successfully managing/launching a product from end to end
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure, confidence working in fast paced environment
- Problem solver, creative thinker and data driven
- Strong execution and customer focused
- Experience in working with agile development methodologies
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
