Alternatives are delighted to be partnering with an Irish healthcare provider on a Website Designer role. This role is hybrid based in either Cork or Dublin.
This role is sitting within the Marketing Department who are focused on developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and new member growth.
The objective is to optimize digital channels and enhance the member acquisition experience for our target audience involving managing website updates, conceptualizing and designing engaging web assets, and collaborating on search marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and achieve exceptional results.
Role and Responsibilities
1.Website Updates & Management:
•Take ownership of managing regular website updates, ensuring seamless integration of content, images, and multimedia elements to support departmental requests.
•Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate updates to web pages.
•Utilize your exceptional design capabilities to create visually engaging web pages that drive higher conversion rates and user engagement.
•Monitor website performance and gather feedback, implementing improvements backed by valuable insights and audits.
•Utilize data-driven reporting to provide insights on user behaviour, engagement, and conversion rates to drive decision-making in website optimization.
2.Concept Creation & Visual Design:
•Drive concept creation and visual design for landing pages and web updates, ensuring captivating and cohesive brand representation.
•Utilize your creativity and design expertise to bring innovative ideas to life and enhance the overall user experience.
•Collaborate with the design team to ensure the alignment of visual elements with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
3.Search Marketing Collaboration:
•Work closely with stakeholders to align and optimize our website for exceptional search marketing performance.
•Execute SEO strategies and collaborate on paid search campaigns, conducting comprehensive keyword research and implementing on-page optimization.
•Craft conversion-focused copy that aligns with our brand identity and enhances user journeys, leveraging data insights to tailor messaging for optimal results.
•Utilize data analytics and reporting to assess the performance of search marketing initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
4.Data-Driven Decision Making:
•Utilize data and analytics to gain valuable insights into user behaviour, campaign performance, and overall website effectiveness.
•Make informed decisions based on data analysis to continuously improve digital marketing strategies and website performance.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to set KPIs and measure the success of marketing initiatives.
