The role will be to work as an Internal Communications and Employer Brand Executive and will be based in Dublin city centre. Working closely with the Commercial Director and Marketing Manager, this role provides a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is looking to broaden their experience within an exciting company.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and developing internal communications plans and working with the wider team to deliver on these plans
- Oversee all internal channels and events and offering suggestions on how the company can improve in line with best practise
- Managing the creation of all messaging and communications material for the wider team
- Developing an employer branding programme that supports communications plans
- An energetic and positive attitude is a must for this role
- A third level qualification ideally in Communications or Journalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in event management and audio - visual production is desirable
