Head of Recruitment  

My client is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to lead an exciting new technology multi-channel platform and strategy and to manage a team of experienced sales people

What the role entails

• Manage Jobs vertical P&L and revenue
• Establish a thought leadership position while developing the brand through relationships and profile
• Deliver a strategy roadmap for delivery
• People management - lead, empower and motivate the team across multiple functions
• Sales – create sales strategy, set & manage delivery of targets
• Develop Innovation and commercial products while conduct detailed analysis of the product(s) and the recruitment market and develop competitive commercial strategies and product verticals
• Project management – deliver key product developments on time and in budget, manage multiple stakeholders and suppliers

Required skills and experiences….

Bachelor’s Degree/ professional qualification, preferably in digital or HR

10 years’ experience in recruitment in the online recruitment advertising market, performance metrics and competitive landscape to include (3+years) minimum digital and performance marketing
