My client a global expanding entertainment giant is seeking an experienced head of digital media with scaling team management experience to drive
effective concise communications for a fixed term 1-2 year contract in the
Caribbean.

The key areas of responsibility will be leading the digital media strategy and media buying, to development and maintain the social media strategy and manage the website across the group

  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy 
  • Manage digital with creative agencies and partner closely with appropriate Product and Regional Marketing business units to maximize and integrate/align messaging and value proposition
  • Responsible for the overall management of the company website 
  • Ensure connection of messaging themes and editorial calendars 
  • Develop and implement digital content strategy and communications
  • Develop social marketing goals, objectives and KPIs 
  • Develop and drive multi-platform social media strategy including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other platforms
  • Oversee all social media reporting including benchmark updates and performance analysis for key social media metrics including engagement, reach and sentiment to ensure they align with the business goals
  • Actively manage and utilise consumer insight to drive strategic planning of digital marketing campaigns

Qualifications and experience for the role 

  • Degree in Marketing or Communications / Marketing-related discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Digital Media Advertising (PPC, display, and social media)
  • Strong knowledge of website development tools

Technical skills: 

  • Excellent written and communications skills 
  • Excellent grasp of digital media and its related components
  • Experience in planning and executing digital media campaigns
  • Knowledge of analytics 
  • Experience of Adobe AEM, CMS systems, HTML, CSS, SEO, Google tools, search console, Analytics and Tag Manager
