One of the most exciting brands in Ireland are now looking for a Head of CRM for a newly created permanent position in their European HQ in Dublin.

• Reporting into the CRM Director this position is hugely focused on development and execution of the CRM strategy across the business and key channels.
• You will be joining a highly skilled CRM team where you will have 2 direct reports and work within a cross-functional environment with key stakeholders across the business to drive visibility of this CRM strategy.

Key Requirements:

• Solid CRM from execution through to contribution to strategy
• Database experience, data numerate/literate – understand how this links to commercial objectives
• Customer obsessed
• Excellent communication skills from a large corporate organisation where you have had team management experience.

Salary is up to €90k plus package.
