Brand Marketing Controller -6 month contract

A global drinks business with superb brands in their portfolio are looking for someone to come on board for 6 months to drive their marketing strategy for a leading brand.

The Brand & Trade Marketing Controller will be responsible for the development of a clear strategy for this leading brand and then working with Regional Marketing Managers to activate the strategy for the EMEA region. They will be responsible for the development of Consumer Marketing programmes in conjunction with regional marketing ensuring they are delivered in a timely way to support the delivery of the in-market marketing plans.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working in a fast paced, international environment within drinks or FMCG.

This is an immediate start for an experienced consumer brand and marketing controller who has experience working in premium brands marketing positions and environments and have experience of working in a commercial role to drive revenue and ROI.

• International experience within Europe and APAC is preferred
• Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills and good communication skills
• A persuasive individual who can get thing delivered through others
• A self-starter, creative, intelligent, collaborative, pioneering, and fearless
• Be a seasoned and strategic business executive with proven experience in consumer organizations where marketing drives revenue
• A background which includes hands-on accomplishments in delivering market share, sales growth and profitability
• In-depth working knowledge of the consumer landscape and a successful track record delivering programs that meet or exceed corporate revenue goals
• Must demonstrate considerable knowledge of working with a successful launch or re-launch of a brand or portfolio of brands in multiple international markets
• A clear track record of managing multiple projects with a demonstrated ability to prioritize efforts
