We're looking for a Data Science Unicorn! 

We need to find someone who has both hands-on Advanced Analytics skills, and strong management experience. Someone to lead from the front in a strategic role within a major global organisation.

You'll be reporting in to Director level, driving projects the whole way through from Proof of Concept to full-scale delivery, with the confidence to speak as a SME to both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A wide range of tools in your arsenal, including Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Cloudera or Cassandra, along with your typical Data Science tools such as Python/R.
• Significant experience managing an Advanced Analytics team, and driving projects through from end-to-end, along with mentoring junior members of the team.
• The ability to combine a strategic, commercial overview of projects with the technical knowledge to deliver
• Experience in a Finance or Insurance environment would be beneficial
