We are working with a leading brand within the FMCG market as they are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team on a 3-month contract. This role will suit an organised individual who is looking to join a fast-paced environment and have the experience to hit the ground running.

Core responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the VP’s diary extensively, including organizing internal and external meetings across multiple time zones & locations
  • Key co-ordinator of the planning cycle ahead of key company days
  • Coordinating complex international itineraries & travel including booking flights & hotels
  • Managing financial administration, e.g. processing purchase orders, invoices and expenses. Cost Centre administration including budget inputs, phasing and cost control
  • Organizing team off-sites/events locally and across the region within budget constraintsCommunicating with internal & external parties, while exhibiting the highest degree of professionalism
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentation or meeting materials
  • Compile & edit briefing materials and synthesize this information into executive summaries outlining key business & communication insights

Who we are looking for:

  • An experienced Exec Assistant with 5+ years’ experience supporting at VP/Senior Director levels
  • A clear passion for driving results you will be enthusiastic and eager to help wherever you can, and do whatever it takes to ensure progress
  • Self-directed, take initiative & be proactive with excellent project management skills
  • Super at communicating with great written and verbal communications skills with the ability to capture complex concepts & convey them in simple, meaningful language
  • Customer focused with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels in the organisation and externally networked, collaborative and approachable
  • You are digitally aware and very comfortable managing face to face and virtual meetings via Skype for Business video and phone conferencing and other platforms
  • You are familiar with SAP Purchase to Pay, Online booking tools, Concur Travel & Expense and a plethora of other business Apps and online tools
