Alternatives is delighted to be working with a leading property company in order to find an Event and Community Manager. This role is based in Dublin 8 and will work mainly onsite offering a competitive salary, great benefits and the opportunity to work with a luxury company.
In this role, you will be responsible for running the full marketing practice internally and externally for residents and prospective residents in order to showcase the amenities available.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop marketing strategies for promotion of the property, ensuring that the brand and communications resonate with current as well as potential residents
Design of marketing collateral – print and digital for use on social platforms, online, at Client meetings and in-house and external events
Manage all social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, twitter, LinkedIn
Develop and implement social media and communication campaigns
Management and content creation for online presence
Manage the resident community engagement process to establish strong relationships with residents and third party suppliers
Manage local community initiatives including attendance at local events and local sponsorships
Provide support to other on site staff members as needed, including assisting with projects, presentations, and reports
Experience and Skills:
Must have minimum 4 / 5 years’ experience in a similar role with hospitality led experience
Experienced in social media, PR and promotional events
Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting.
Demonstrated history of planning successful launches and events
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or other relevant discipline
Self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Excellent client facing, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
