We are looking for a senior digital channel managers for a great head of level position with a leading utility. This is a job with full channel ownership and it reports directly to the sales and marketing director.
There are customer care UX/ UI design and roadmapping projects to be done. Online marketing campaigns to be planned, online sales to convert, content strategies to implement and mobile and social challenges to crack. You will also be the lead in the organisation when new products and services need to be incorporated onto the online channel.
Type of person we are looking for:
- 10 plus years experience in online sales and marketing
- Have managed a large and high achieving team
- Very strong technical ability
- Strong commercial sense and a passion for converting sales through great user experience
- Worked within a large organisation with a successful eCommerce online channel in a leadership role
