Job description

We have an exciting permanent vacancy with a key Irish retailer as a Customer Retention Executive. This is a great opportunity for someone to work with one of Ireland's leading retailers in a great online marketing team in Dublin city centre where there is tons of career opportunity for the right candidate. 

Key Responsibilities of this role would be: 
  • Take responsibility for the execution and implementation of the customer retention strategy 
  • Managing the email marketing and own this process
  • Execute a customer lifecycle management plan to target through marketing activities
What we are looking for?
  • 2/3 years of retention experience
  • Proven work experience as an email marketing email executive or digital marketing
  • Driven by data and numbers 
  • Personal computer literacy including MS-Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and CRM systems 
  • Energetic with a positive attitude 
  • Strong verbal and written communication
