We have an exciting permanent vacancy with a key Irish retailer as a Customer Retention Executive. This is a great opportunity for someone to work with one of Ireland's leading retailers in a great online marketing team in Dublin city centre where there is tons of career opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities of this role would be:
- Take responsibility for the execution and implementation of the customer retention strategy
- Managing the email marketing and own this process
- Execute a customer lifecycle management plan to target through marketing activities
- 2/3 years of retention experience
- Proven work experience as an email marketing email executive or digital marketing
- Driven by data and numbers
- Personal computer literacy including MS-Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and CRM systems
- Energetic with a positive attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication
