Customer Relations Manager

Seeking a Customer Relations Manager to join our team in Dublin 12, with the flexibility of four days in the office and one day remote, along with adjustable working hours. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work with internal and external personnel
• Constantly review customer relations performance 
• Manage the range of cases within the Customer Relations Department
• Work with colleagues, assessors and engineers as required
• Work with colleagues to identify and manage areas of potential risk
• Motivate and manage the Customer Relations Team,
• Ensure that senior colleagues are updated on an ongoing basis 
• Provide input and support to Customer Handling/Dispute Resolution Training
• Provide input to the decision-making process on departmental strategy
• Prepare and manage Customer Relations budget and forecasts
• Other miscellaneous items that may arise 

The successful applicant will have:
• 3-4 years’ experience in a Management/Leadership role
• Budget Management experience
• Experience in handling and managing difficult situations i
• Proficient in Word and PowerPoint
• Organised and efficient
• Uses initiative and a decisive, self-starter
