Customer Insight Manager required for a leading FMCG business on a 12-month contract, based in Dublin.


As Customer Insight Manager you will report into the Senior Insight Manager and will be responsible for the following:

  • Understanding data needs to answer business questions and putting in process research methodologies to gather appropriate data from which to disseminate research and insights to help address gaps in knowledge
  • Briefing research agencies on qualitative and quantitative research studies (bigger focus is on qual). Providing support to agencies, helping them to understand the brief, review discussion guides and advising/steering them to deliver on research objectives
  • Run research projects independently, reporting back to internal stakeholders on findings
  • Distilling insights useful to the business from data and communicating that back to the business in a concise manner


To be eligible for this Customer Insight Manager role you will need:

  • 7-10 years insight/research experience, ideally FMCG client side
  • Experience in interpreting research results and communicating insights to a wider team. Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Proven track record of running research projects independently and communicating commercially useful information back to internal audiences
  • Strong analytical experience
