Customer Experience Specialist required for well-known gaming business, based in Dublin.
Working in an international company, this role is focused on ensuring customer experience is optimised and the customer journey is seamless across all touchpoints.
To be considered for this position you will need:
Approx. 3 years’ experience in Cx/Customer experience or user journey management
Proven track record of improving customer journeys across multiple customer platforms
Experience in testing new apps or sites, and problem solving any issues
Excellent attention to detail
