Senior CRM Executive –French Market

I have a great opportunity for a CRM professional who is fluent in French to join a high performing and vibrant EMEA team for a large multinational.

This business has an impeccable reputation for their products and technologies as well as having a fun and vibrant culture. You’ll be working to develop creative and impactful CRM campaigns for the French Market that are best in class and work closely with technical teams to execute.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

• Developing best in class promotional newsletters and emails  for the French market
• Writing creative briefs, copy, briefing creative team, briefing internally on landing pages, building newsletters and identifying target audiences
• Data checks and segmentation of the French market

Essential Competencies/ skills :

• Experience with email marketing
• Excellent knowledge CRM tools (Cheetah Digital Marketing Suite, Selligent, Smartfocus …)
• Strong understanding of data flows and targeting
• Efficient with excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisation skills
• Analytical
• Experience working with IT teams and multiple stakeholders
• Native French speaking and strong competency in English
