An established Education organisation are seeking an experienced Commercial Director with a strong Marketing background. Reporting into the CEO, this autonomous role comes at a fantastic time as the organisation enters a new era in terms of identity and growth plans.

You Will:

• Develop and own the annual Sales & Marketing plans across B2B & B2C segments
• Bring your expertise in driving commercial growth through effective strategic marketing plans and business development
• Develop strategic digital marketing strategies along with additional BTL activity
• Manage existing and new relationships with strategic partners, working at a senior stakeholder level.
• Effectively manage a team focused on driving growth through business development, operations and marketing strategies.

What You Need:

• At least 10 years’ experience at a Senior Management level across both B2B & B2C segments.
• Clear success in driving commercial growth with significant achievements in sales targets and P&L management.
• Excellent strategic marketing deliverables through integrated marketing campaigns with an emphasis on driving digital marketing communications.
• Excellent team management, relationship management and driver of growth with a self-starter approach within a busy commercial environment.

Salary for this position is approx. €110k depending on experience.
