Marketing Campaign Data Analyst  
The Marketing Campaign Data Analyst will implement and report on campaigns to drive segmented acquisition and retention programmes. This will happen through a blend of measurable and relevant campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Responsibilities
    Manage campaign selection tool to develop business cases, extract leads and report on performance of campaigns against KPIs.
  • Develop master campaign table, deliver roadmap and manage contact rules to agreed parameters.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports and dashboards to the business.
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal cross-functional teams (including Sales, Retention, Customer Service, Digital and Sales Operations) to drive campaign performance improvements.

  • Requirements:

    A minimum of 3 years in an analyst role preferably with campaign exposure.
  •  IT Degree Qualification
  •  Expert knowledge of Excel, SPSS, PowerPoint, Brio applications
  • Excellent knowledge of relational databases including SQL queries
  •  Ability to work with multiple priorities and in a fast paced environment
  •  Strong attention to detail
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
