Job description
Marketing Campaign Data Analyst
The Marketing Campaign Data Analyst will implement and report on campaigns to drive segmented acquisition and retention programmes. This will happen through a blend of measurable and relevant campaigns across multiple channels.

Responsibilities
Manage campaign selection tool to develop business cases, extract leads and report on performance of campaigns against KPIs. -
Develop master campaign table, deliver roadmap and manage contact rules to agreed parameters.

Deliver weekly and monthly reports and dashboards to the business.

Collaborate with external partners and internal cross-functional teams (including Sales, Retention, Customer Service, Digital and Sales Operations) to drive campaign performance improvements.

Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years in an analyst role preferably with campaign exposure. -
IT Degree Qualification

Expert knowledge of Excel, SPSS, PowerPoint, Brio applications

Excellent knowledge of relational databases including SQL queries

Ability to work with multiple priorities and in a fast paced environment

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
