Client Services Manager for a marketing execution agency based in Kildare.

We have an excellent new opportunity with an international full service marketing agency for a client services manager to join their team based in Kildare and manage the service delivery of the client facing teams. You will manage the customer account management department and inspire and coach the teams for them to achieve their full potential. 

Other aspects of the Client Services Manager role include; managing the recruitment, on boarding and training of new team members, reviewing performance and developing skills of the account management team and delivering on year on year growth of client base based on exceptional customer service.

You:

• 5+ years of experience within a marketing environment provide services to multiple sectors and clients
• Excellent track-record managing a customer service function and client relationships
• Experience managing teams and ensuring their motivation, training and development
• Passion and drive for working in a fast paced and high energy environment
