Alternatives are delighted to partner with a multi award winning organisation based in Kilkenny, who are looking to recruit an experienced Channel Marketing Manager to join their team.

This role will be based out the office in Kilkenny, they company are offering a flexible / hybrid approach to work but meetings will be held onsite 1 – 2 times per week minimum.

The Channel Marketing Manager will deliver exceptional and distinctive marketing campaigns and materials through targeted, well branded, and engaging communication assets to bring our propositions to life across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Activation of the marketing strategy to drive growth in the customer base and drive loyalty

• Work closely and manage communication with the UK and Irish Sales Teams

• Collaborate with the wider marketing team, agencies, and in-house product teams to develop and deliver differentiated, brand-focused, and customer-centric assets and campaigns

• Meet customers, attend customer events and tradeshows as and when required

• Develop content and assets that effectively promote all products and collections in the channel

• Work with internal team to monitor market trends, competitive activities

• Provide recommendations based on key learnings and insights generated through analysis and research from a range of sources

• Assist with budget planning, management, and ROI reporting

The Candidate:

Relevant 5+ years’ experience is a must

• Degree in Business or Marketing essential

• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, in the business and within the wider industry

• Must be data and results driven with a focus on ROI regarding all marketing activity

• As the primary market is in UK, must be available to travel to UK when required


• Experience in retail/instore brand activation including the development and execution of instore displays is necessary

• Demonstrate excellent customer focus

• Experience managing brands across multiple sales channels

• Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task across multiple brand projects

• Ability to work under pressure to deliver what is required on time and on budget is vital

• Strong presentation and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate at all levels

of the organisation

• Proactive individual with passion and drive
