An experienced Campaigns & Loyalty Specialist is required for an exciting job opportunity, part of an established marketing team within the strategy and transformation division in the financial services sector. This position can be worked fully remote.
What you will do:
As a Campaigns and Loyalty Specialist you will drive stakeholder engagement, retention, and satisfaction by planning and executing effective incentive campaigns and communication strategies. Your role will play a crucial part in enhancing the company's relationship with its customers and employees, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute incentive campaigns to promote new business, loyalty, and retention, with relevant Senior Management approvals and sign off.
Create compelling marketing collateral and communication materials to support campaign objectives, with relevant sign off.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Design and implement long-term strategies and programs to assist with increasing customer lifetime in the company.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align campaigns with company goals and objectives.
Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all campaigns.
Work with Product teams to understand the products and tailor campaigns accordingly.
Effectively manage relationships with external vendors and partners to deliver on campaigns and engagement efficiently and in line with company practices.
Provide support and resources to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness and gather feedback.
Utilize data analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and loyalty programs.
What you need to do the job:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in campaign management, loyalty programs, or similar roles
Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong data & analytical capabilities to measure, track and analyse the performance of all activities.
High attention to detail and meticulous budget planning.
Creative thinking and a customer-centric approach to campaign development.
Ability to work well in multi-disciplined and/or cross functional teams.
APA/CIP qualified desirable
