Role: 

• Customer experience touchpoint high level design
• Contribute to the creation of service/product roadmaps
• Management of user research inputs and outputs as part of the design process
• Provide consulting on pitches, ensuring a strategic approach

Requirements:

• 6+ years relevant industry experience
• Experience in change management, operational improvement with strong digital experience
• Presentation skills – Pitch and deliverables
• Experience in working with multi-disciplinary design teams
• Be a natural storyteller in a way that it generates empathy, emotion and engagement
• Experience in business development – from lead generation through proposal writing and proposal delivery
