B2B Marketing Manager, Financial Services

This role is critical to the delivery of marketing activity that will drive the next phase of business growth working with Business Partners.   
As Marketing Manager – Business and Segments you will work with Marketing Business Partners and Business Segment owners to develop and implement comprehensive rolling marketing plans.
You will have demonstrated ability to develop commercially successful marketing campaigns taking a ‘digital first’ approach.  In addition, you will understand how to integrate and leverage traditional channels (print, mail, in store, advertising as well as activation across a significant branch network).  This role will have one direct report.  In addition, you will manage virtual teams from across the marketing function and business to deliver marketing plans.
The role will be accountable for the return on investment of a significant marketing budget. This will be driven by business priorities.

Key Skills Required:
• Proven Marketing ability and experience of delivering commercial marketing plans to the highest standards across digital and traditional channels.  Strong ‘digital first’ focus is important to approach.
• Excellent organisational and project management experience, with proven ability to management of multiple projects simultaneously on time and within budget
• An experienced communicator with excellent writing skills and a proven ability to write and edit in Plain English.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively and deliver in matrix work environments with strong influencing skills and a proven track record in managing multiple stakeholders
• Third level Marketing qualification with seven years (minimum) post qualification experience
• Proven ability to people manage and motivate teams in a matrix structure
• Proven ability to manage external agency partnerships to deliver strong value and ROI
