My client, a leading Dublin creative agency are seeking a Traffic Manger with strong PM experience for an interim contract. 

The ideal candidate must have the following experience: 

  • Agency experience
  • Software/technology who is used to dealing with developers or creative people 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and planning all work through the creative department
  • Liaising between account handling and studio
  • Holding weekly traffic meetings and managing the daily schedule
  • Resourcing freelance requirements as and when required and sorting paperwork accordingly
  • Overseeing jobs and making sure they are on track
  • Ensuring time-sheets are completed on time
  • Communicates regularly with account services team members about the current status of all jobs in progress in creative/production
  • Works with creative directors/creative leads ensuring the right people are working on said jobs
  • Manages time and scheduling of all creative resources
