This is a great opportunity to join one of Ireland’s leading Consumer Finance Providers that have aggressive growth plans in 2018.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as the product subject matter expert to support Strategic Change, Small Change and BAU product activity
  • Analyse standard management reporting to understand business performance; build new reporting and requirements to enhance performance insight 
  • Research and succinctly compile business and industry competitive data to analyse and develop tactics to achieve the business plan
  • Analyse sales information, projections and other meaningful data and present findings and possible proposals to business unit management
  • Maintain product repositories in relation to pricing, product changes, business rule changes, segment definitions
  • Identify product related changes to improve BAU marketing activity
  • Provide support in the preparation of training for changes in Product
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team (Analytics, Sales, Marketing & Digital) to understand, and improve, product performance (sales, balance, income KPIs)

Experience Required

  • Min 3 years’ Product / Proposition experience in a consumer sector, ie Retail Banking, General Insurance, Telecoms
  • Commercially focussed with strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships and influence a diverse group of personnel
  • Experience of working with Commercial team and other functions (Compliance, IT/Tech, Change)
  • Strong communication, organisational and project implementation skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
