Check out this superb one-off opportunity to become the permanent On-Demand Manager for our client - a leading Irish media company.  Reporting into the Senior Product Manager as part of a wider marketing team you will effectively operate as the commercial product manager for the video on-demand services to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.  

You will develop the content proposition, manage the advertising insertion campaigns and work closely with engineering and development teams by feeding back important data to drive content delivery improvements including testing, implementation and go to market launch on time/within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product manage the proposition, content, effective delivery, promotion and improvement of the VOD services including management of the complex advertising campaigns

• Drive, track, analyse, and report on acquisition, loyalty, retention, and buy rates for VOD services and ad insertion traffic 

• Deliver content acquisitions for a range of on-demand services

• Be the face and voice of the VOD services to all internal teams including customer care, social media/digital, PR, sales, senior management and other teams in order to secure buy-in

• Effective relationship management of third party companies for promotional content delivery

• Champion content delivery enhancements from data insights development to concept, informing the build, testing, implementation, launch and analysis

• Constant effective content, service, competitor and market analysis/reporting

Requirements:
You must have:

• A minimum of 3/4 years Product Management experience in the TV industry 

• Possess solid wider marketing communications experience in addition to the above core requirement

• Content management experience in an on-demand environment preferably

• Excellent commercial acumen

• Be educated to degree level in a marketing, business or related discipline
