Alternatives is partnering with one of the fastest growing global technology companies in the areas of software as a service. A Marketing Operations Manager is required to join the marketing team on a full-time permanent basis.

Dublin based, this position can be worked fully remote.

 

What you will do:

  • Identify tools and create processes that allow the marketing team to operate efficiently and effectively while delivering on the strategic goals of marketing and the company at large.
  • Actively monitor, analyse and report on the health of marketing contributions to the Sales pipeline, campaign ROI, and customer acquisition.
  • Conduct in-depth ROI analysis of marketing program performance, and present findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders and leadership
  • Support creation of measurement framework to assist with spend allocation decisions, campaign execution, and internal storytelling
  • Support demand generation initiatives through appropriate strategy, attribution models, and funnel optimizations to exceed targets
  • Optimize lead scoring and distribution methodology to ensure quality leads are passed to sales development for qualification and for increasing efficiencies and conversion rates
  • Segment and leverage the marketing database for greater campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to identify, design and implement solutions that drive business growth and productivity.
  • Manage and develop the marketing tech stack and related systems.

 

What you need to do the job:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or analytics role
  • Strong ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations on marketing actions the business should take to improve performance
  • Power user experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
  • Passion for continuous improvement and learning; you constantly think about data and how it impacts decisions
  • Understanding of the marketing funnel and sales pipeline motions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with your peers and stakeholders
