This is a unique opportunity to join an established but growing technology business as Senior Marketing Executive, responsible for driving a focused marketing strategy and implementation for locally for Ireland. You will be responsible for researching and analysing the marketplace to identify new channel, partnership and co-branding opportunities. Additionally, you will develop and monitor channel opportunities, joint ventures and partnerships to maximize revenues. This role will also be responsible for the planning, execution and tracking of an integrated country marketing and communications plan focused on building the pipeline and increasing brand awareness with measurable impact.

This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing and offers informal supervision to the Marketing Assistant.

 

Your core responsibilities will include:

Local Marketing Strategy

  • Integration with local company Sales & HQ Marketing to understand company strategy and planning required
  • Work with Sales to combine sales and marketing intelligence to facilitate the local leadership team with local positioning and strategic decision-making
  • Is aware of the development of value propositions and integrates these into the local marketing approach

Deliver Marketing Programs to deliver pipeline coverage for the Sales organisation

  • Definition of target groups and management of customer and prospect databases
  • Determines marketing/business development approach as defined in the Go-To-Market (GTM) plan by mapping client profiles and determining benefits of our services and current provider
  • Prepares and executes targeted marketing activities such as Account-Based-Marketing, Digital Campaigns, Customer Newsletters etc. to generate direct leads and nurture generated leads
  • Localize value propositions and key messages
  • Creation and localization of marketing content
  • Managing the lead development and customer retention activities as well as partner demand generation program
  • Analysis of marketing effectiveness using relevant tools to provide value-add insight
  • End-end management of sponsored or company-led events meeting all virtual or on-site requirements
  • Graphic design including but not limited to updating collateral and creating email banners and HTML email templates

Brand Awareness

  • Design, development, and production of communication materials
  • Definition and execution of local online and social media strategy
  • Coordination of external communication
  • PR & Social Media (Agency) Management

Sales Support

  • Assists in the preparation of proposals, agreements and customer presentations within given formats
  • Gathers relevant information for input into sales documentation
  • Work with Sales on the creation of customer case studies and references
  • Communicates information about company’s products and services to clients

To be considered for the role you must have experience within technology industry field marketing and business development. A strong, demonstrated understanding of local marketing approaches to acquisition and customer retention is essential. Strong technology skills, e.g. MS, Pardot, Salesforce, Social Media, Google AdWords is essential,

Qualifications:

  • BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field
  • Digital Marketing certification is a distinct advantage
  • Previous experience in a marketing management role is preferred
