I am looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager who is looking for their next challenge as they join this well-established retail group during a time of expansion and investment.

This is a real marketeers dream to work with a brand that already has a long-standing reputation and loyal following here in Ireland as they move into a new era. You’ll work on the brand repositioning, the overall business strategy and help build out and develop the marketing team.

This in an opportunity to drive the overall business agenda forward through developing a solid brand around customer engagement and experience.

Reporting into the CEO; you will own the marketing strategy and budget and have brand ownership for the business.

I am looking for someone who is a commercial and ambitious marketing manager with a proven track record who is looking for their next challenge.

You will ideally be coming from a retail background and have a genuine passion for retailing and customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and drive a marketing strategy that drives footfall to all stores, builds loyalty and delivers on the promotional calendar.
• Develop a PR and Communications plan for the brand to drive brand awareness.
• Develop and build a motivated and high preforming marketing team.
• Develop a brand plan to elevate this retail group as one of Ireland’s leading retail businesses.

This is a permanent position with real opportunity and career development, Dublin based.

Salary 70k
