We are looking for an energetic, creative-minded and highly organised Marketing Executive, Reporting directly to Head of Marketing you will be working closely with other members of the marketing team and dealing directly with senior stakeholders across the business.
You will have the chance to make a meaningful impact, be exposed to and contribute to challenges and projects at all levels across the business. You will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies designed to increase product and brand awareness. This role requires someone who is creative minded and can work well as part of a team and under their own initiative. It is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, curious marketeer with strong business acumen.
An idea of what the role entails
This exciting and creative role will give the successful candidate invaluable experience in all aspects of marketing. They will be responsible for -
Developing Marketing collateral and assets such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales materials to support B2B sales and engage customers
Brand promotion and positioning: Help develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote B2B brands. Determine the positioning of the products in the market and communicate their unique selling points.
Trade shows and customer visits: Plan and coordinate participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and customer visits. Develop event strategies, manage logistics, and ensure brand representation at relevant industry gatherings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies: Work closely with sales, operations and external agencies teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Collaborate on new product launches and promotions strategies.

Role Requirements
Degree in marketing, digital marketing or communications
1 years’ experience in a Marketing or Communications role, preferably FMCG environment in either food or retail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create simple, clear, consistent messaging from complex information
Strong analytical skills & highly numerate with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Strong project management experience
Strong commercial acumen
Valid passport and willingness to travel abroad for short periods of time as travel to Europe will be required.
Experience working cross-functionally or managing multiple stakeholders
