Alternatives is delighted to be working with a professional body to hire a Marketing Executive to join a growing marketing team and help us reimagine the brand. As Marketing executive you will be working a full suite of modern 360 brand and performance marketing and learn from an inclusive and experienced team of colleagues and managers.

•Support the Manager in developing strategies and plans to promote BDO’s core business services across Audit, Tax & Advisory to Consulting.
•Support with planning, management, and delivery of a comprehensive marketing communications plan, within agreed timescales and budgets and across channels.
•Design and execute end to end paid digital media campaigns with a focus on attributable lead generation. 
•Manage and grow our key Social Media Channels - Instagram/LinkedIn/ TikTok/ Twitter - organically.   
•Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
•Own and maintain campaign budgets that you are responsible for.
•Support the creation of integrated marketing campaigns that help build client relationships, drive revenue objectives, and strengthen our Ideas. People. Trust brand position. 
•Co-ordinating the implementation of agreed corporate messages across all organisational communications.

Skills & Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Marketing/Digital Marketing.
•2-4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
•Proven record of owing and delivering successful digital campaigns (brand and lead generation campaigns) against KPIs. 
•Proven experience managing organic social channels against KPIs.
•Creative, curious, self-motivated and enthusiastic, with the ability to be adaptable and work under minimum supervision.
•Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a positive attitude and ability to learn fast.
•A good team player with critical thinking, excellent problem solving, and time-management skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
•Comfortable with data and passionate about bringing new ideas.
