Internal Communications Manager
Job description
We are looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join a leading financial services team in Dublin for a period of 12 months.
Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Affairs this role will be suitable for someone with extensive management experience, and the strong interpersonal skills needed to work with senior leaders.

Key role responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing employee engagement plans
- Work within a small team and guide team leaders in communication strategies
- Provide leadership in a high-pressured environment to senior team members
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to work in high pressure situations
- The ability to multi task and remain focused on key deliverables against demanding time deadlines
- The ability to manage budgets and third-party suppliers
- This is a very hands on role so a can do attitude is imperative
