As Insights Manager you will report into the Head of Consumer Marketing and will be the sole resource responsible for market research studies and communication of insights back to the business across both consumer and business verticals.
Types of research projects include:
- Customer satisfaction
- Brand tracking
- Segmentation studies
- Market trends
You will be briefing and working closely with research agencies, disseminating the insights to communicate back to a commercially focused business. They have an MI team within the business, so this is not an analyst role.
To be eligible for this role you must have:
- Experience in managing research projects (agency or client side)
- Proven track record of summarising research studies and communicating insights back to the business by way of what it means for the organisation and what the potential opportunities are
- A curious mind, drilling into the “why” of particular research outcomes
