Our client, one of Ireland’s leading financial services provider is seeking an eCommerce Manager to lead an expanding team and deliver on its transformation agenda.   Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will play a critical role in delivering market leading digital experiences for customers and innovative digital campaigns that compliment their wider commercial objectives.  The role allows for significant exposure across the business and you will lead a team of 10 across UX, Digital Marketing & Front-end development. 

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the direction of their retail’s e-strategy and the overall Group Digital Strategy

  • Design and manage their digital offering including user experience, functionality and usability

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key business stakeholders including management team, Retail IT, Communication, and Sales Channels

  • Manage and develop a team of 10 e-Business specialists

  • Work closely with virtual support teams in the sales channels  

Requirements:

As an inspiring and passionate digital leader with experience managing successful teams, you must have:

  • A degree in either Marketing, Business, Technology, Ecommerce or Digital Marketing

  • Strong commercial focus with some experience of the Financial Services sector (not essential but preferred)

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing / ecommerce management role

  • Excellent people management and team building skills

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead consensus across myriad stakeholder groups

  • An inherent ability to influence people at all levels and create confidence in your agenda

  • Experience taking digital and ecommerce projects from idea to execution 

  • A structured approach to managing project delivery to tight deadlines

  • Strong technical knowledge of Digital platforms and toolsets. 

  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to enhance strategy based upon on the performance of media and digital assets.

  • Experience delivering Digital campaigns as part of the full Marketing mix and coordinating Brand & DR efforts with agencies and other teams.

  • Experience in successfully managing high traffic Digital properties
