Our client a leading brand in the Irish security industry is seeking a National Sales Manager, who will play the lead role in establishing this organisation by building a team of Regional Sales Managers, Field Sales Managers and Field Sales Reps. The successful candidate will be someone who has progressed to a senior leadership role in direct sales by proving their ability to sell, to train and manage others to sell, and to successfully lead a direct sales organisation. It is an opportunity for a focused, energetic and driven individual to join one of Ireland’s leading brands, and to lead the establishment and development of a nationwide direct sales organisation that is equally focused, energetic and results driven.
· Planning and implementing the establishment of a National Direct Sales organisation
· Ensure the organisation becomes, and remains, the largest and most successful Direct Sales organisation in the country
· Providing ongoing direction and leadership to this National Sales organisation
· Creating and developing a culture of achievement, success and performance-based reward.
· Delivering the Direct Sales volumes to budgeted levels and beyond
Key skills and experience;
· Extensive Direct Sales experience at all levels in a highly motivated, target driven environment.
· Demonstrable capability and a strong record of delivering results beyond targeted levels.
· An exceptionally strong sales focus, an extensive knowledge of how to develop Direct Sales structures and capabilities required to meet these needs.
· Experience of building and leading Direct Sales teams to excel.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
