Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to deliver excellent customer and user experiences resulting in business growth
Drive strategic focus for OReO’s global leadership team by deriving insights from our data sets and building platforms that enable effective decision-making
Partner with cross-functional and global teams across Online Revenue Ops, Marketing, Product, Business Operations, Sales, and Finance
Establish the tools, automation, and processes needed to scale customer success through educating and engaging our users across multiple markets
Drive planning, reporting and communication cadence for teams onsite and globally
Underpin Dropbox's scaling, global strategy by identifying operational process improvement and automation opportunities

Requirements

5+ years of top-tier finance or consulting experience or previous Business Operations experience
Strong business and operational instincts
Highly analytical and structured thinker
Adept at project and stakeholder management cross-functionally and globally
Strong interest in and focus on customer and customer development
A strong sense of affinity with the rapid pace of a growing and dynamic startup
Detail oriented and organized, but comfortable with ambiguity
Technical experience preferred, but not required
