We're seeking a dynamic CRM Specialist to join our clients Marketing Team and spearhead the implementation of a highly effective CRM program using Microsoft Dynamics. This role is pivotal in driving business results across our web, call center, and branch business. Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead CRM sales campaign design, implementation and reporting for all products with a particular focus on our branch business.

  2. Work with B.I. Analysts to refine lead criteria for increased ROI.

  3. Develop & maintain campaign performance dashboards for all CRM campaigns.

  4. Mine the data and campaign performance and provide actionable insights to continuously drive quotes and sales.

  5. Drive and manage the flow of marketing leads & opportunities to Sales.

  6. Forecast commercial impact of campaigns and make recommendations on how to improve performance and ROI.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Track and manage marketing consent and derive insights to guide strategy and planning.

  2. Develop our understanding of customer behaviour patterns and provide actionable insight to relevant stakeholders.

  3. Actively seek and identify opportunities for improvement of marketing activity throughout the customer funnel, working toward improving metrics such as quote volumes, CPQ and conversion

  4. Work closely with the Marketing Managers to identify deploy and evaluate a long-term customer contact strategy across BTL channels.

  5. Interface closely with key departments as we continue to develop CRM systems and capability within the business.


  1. Honours degree in market research/maths/statistics/science or equivalent 3rd level qualification.


  1. 3 years+ experience in a similar role, although experience doesn’t have to be limited to Insurance and/or Financial Services sectors.

  2. Experience using an email marketing tool is useful.


  1. High analytical acumen with ability to drive and translate insights into relevant strategies and tactics for execution.

  2. Candidate must be a self-motivated person who can work with a team and drive projects individually.

  3. Candidate must have detail-oriented with commercial understanding of the importance and contribution of insights.

  4. Someone who is sales and target focused with strong ability to analyse data and take direction from it.

  5. Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with people at all levels.

  6. Very good knowledge of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) functionality and capability.

  7. Very good knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Data Insights,

  8. Excellent understanding of GDPR rules and regulations.
