Reporting to: Head of Marketing
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will manage our CRM marketing campaigns, utilising the Marketo platform to engage with our audience, enhance customer journeys, and deliver impactful marketing communications. You will be responsible for managing the customer database, creating engaging content, and ensuring all communications comply with GDPR regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Oversee the execution and optimization of CRM marketing campaigns using Marketo (or other CRM tools if applicable), ensuring campaigns are targeted, personalized, and effective.
- Database Management: Maintain and manage the customer database, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and GDPR compliance.
- Content Creation & Copywriting: Develop and write engaging content for email marketing, newsletters, and other CRM communications that align with the organization's brand voice and objectives.
- Campaign Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign performance, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members and departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- GDPR Compliance: Ensure all CRM activities adhere to GDPR regulations and best practices for data privacy.
- Project Management: Manage multiple CRM projects, campaigns, and workflows efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Experience in CRM Software: Hands-on experience with CRM tools is essential, with a preference for Marketo. However, experience with other platforms will also be considered.
- Database Management: Demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining customer databases effectively.
- GDPR Knowledge: Familiarity with GDPR regulations and best practices related to CRM and marketing activities.
- Copywriting & Creative Thinking: Strong copywriting skills with a creative flair for developing engaging content.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
- Initiative: Ability to work independently and take the initiative in driving CRM marketing activities.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a CRM marketing role, preferably within a public sector or large organisation.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, with experience in Marketo being highly desirable.
- Strong copywriting skills with a portfolio of previous CRM campaigns or email marketing examples.
- Knowledge of GDPR compliance and data privacy regulations.
- Experience in content creation, email marketing, and customer journey optimization.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
