Reporting to the CRM manager your key responsibilities are;
- Providing insights on commercial challenges and opportunities through the provision of in-depth analysis of large multi-variable data-sets, presenting results and recommendations to senior management.
- Development of a data model to support the required business measurements that can inform a process of actively managing the customer base to deliver targeted propositions and campaigns
- Liaise with technology teams to ensure full technical support for all processes required to deliver a robust fit for purpose model
- Build a suite of reports on the appropriate technology platform to deliver all information necessary to business stakeholders and management on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Ensure that all segmentations are applied to business reporting
