Interested in joining one of Ireland's greatest retail brands as CRM analyst? Our client is seeking a CRM specialist with a deep knowledge of CRM systems and the ability to support the team’s vision of providing a single view of the customer to influence company-wide projects and initiatives. You will be extracting, segmenting and communicating this data and insights to the business.

Reporting to the CRM manager your key responsibilities are;
  • Providing insights on commercial challenges and opportunities through the provision of in-depth analysis of large multi-variable data-sets, presenting results and recommendations to senior management.
  • Development of a data model to support the required business measurements that can inform a process of actively managing the customer base to deliver targeted propositions and campaigns
  • Liaise with technology teams to ensure full technical support for all processes required to deliver a robust fit for purpose model
  • Build a suite of reports on the appropriate technology platform to deliver all information necessary to business stakeholders and management on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Ensure that all segmentations are applied to business reporting
To be considered for this opportunity you must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role and preferably have exposure to working within the retail sector.
