Job Description:
As a Category Activation and Insights Executive, you will be responsible for the following:
• Developing best-in-class local marketing activation plans that drive sustainable growth and profit.
• Localizing and optimizing regional Integrated Marketing Campaigns for best-in-class execution in-market across our brand portfolio.
• Utilizing data and insights to generate key local insights and direct strategy.
• Creating reports for internal & external communication.
• Maintaining and optimizing space where possible in range reviews with all customers supporting the brand portfolio.
• Reviewing promotional effectiveness and ensuring pricing strategy alignment across all accounts.
• Assisting with new product launches by creating category focused selling stories, identifying listing opportunities/challenges, and creating a 360-marketing launch plan to support.
• Managing and tracking field sales activity and planned activation instore while developing a field sales strategy
• Identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Creating POS for local activity.
• Utilizing e-commerce platforms to analyze, measure, and optimize online sales performance.
• Updating and maintaining price index files.
• Engaging with multiple stakeholders on a continuous basis
• Regular field visits with corresponding reporting of findings.

To be considered for this position, we require the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• 2+ years of experience in category management or insights roles within FMCG or Retail environments
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience leveraging data to drive insights
• Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns across different channels (e.g., digital, social media)
• Excellent communication skills to communicate complex information clearly & concisely
 • Knowledge of the retail industry and e-commerce
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
