Assistant Proposition Manager required for leading financial services organisation on a 23-month contract, with a view to permanency.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great company, focused on delivering customer focused propositions in the market. This role will report to a Proposition Manager, working on a team of approx. 5. As Assistant Proposition Manager you will work across both B2B and B2C propositions.

To be eligible for this role you must have experience of developing propositions or indeed, new/modified product offers or loyalty programmes. This role will involve liaising with multiple teams across the business from Research and Insights, Product Managers, Brand and Communications through to Compliance and Risk.

To be considered for this position you will need:

• Propositions development experience or else a proven track record of developing a new/modified product/service to bring to market
• Background in financial services or telecommunications (or any other regulated industry)
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
