A Senior Marketing Manager is required to define and deliver the acquisition and performance strategy in a digital first environment, taking account of Brand, Channel, Product, Sponsorship, Budget targets and External opportunities. This position can be worked fully remote.

 

What you will do:

  • Adapt Direct & Marketing strategy to offsite and onsite digital environment. Deliver targets against plan and define priorities on a go forward basis.
  • Define and manage SEO, SEM & PPC to optimise acquisition performance. Drive change and optimise processes, interactions, and performance to reduce CPAs bringing external and cross-industry expertise and best practice.
  • Identify external partnership and collaboration opportunities in the offsite digital environment to grow the business.
  • Manage engaging and converting eCommerce websites using best practice SEO, Content Management, AB and Multi-Variate Testing principles.
  • Align and automate reporting across the business to deliver improved understanding of success drivers based on ROIs vs Customer Lifetime Value, identifying issues and opportunities in real time.
  • Build and manage an effective and efficient acquisition and performance team.
  • Be tenacious and rigorous in managing digital agencies in providing the agreed results.
  • Be data driven and results oriented, keeping rigorous update and track of objective key results and campaigns indicators.
  • Focuses on continuous innovation and improvement, and for this to be aware of the existing and emerging opportunities related to the digital environment and champion digital first strategy.

What you need to do the job:

  • University Degree in Marketing or related (mandatory).
  • Strong Marketing knowledge, specifically in Digital Marketing and in the relationship with digital suppliers and agencies with a minimum experience of 7 years in similar positions.
  • Experience in People Management, at least 3 years, in similar functions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of statistics / analytical /marketing.
  • Expert with analytics and digital marketing tools e.g. Google Analytics/ Adobe Analytics/ CMS/ AB Testing.
  • This Manager will have the responsibility of bringing in new business and renewal and will have a multi-million digital marketing budget.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills with an ability to work with different groups, including Product, Sales, Operations and Senior Management.
  • Very strong research, analytical & collaboration skills.
