Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Manage and execute impactful marketing campaigns across PR, digital, TV, and in-store channels.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee budgets to optimise resources and ensure maximum ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Drive strategic projects, ensuring critical milestones are met for successful outcomes.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years plus of marketing experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in B2B and B2C marketing, with strong brand management skills.
- Experience working with external agencies and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- A creative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
