This is a truly unique and exciting opportunity to become the interim Marketing Econometrics Manager for our client - a leading Irish media company.  You will have solid experience and understanding of all online (30%) and offline (70%) media including TV, radio, cinema, OOH, direct mail, press, digital and more.  You will be well-versed in knowing how and when to leverage each media type in order to drive optimal lead generation into the telesales call centre and online, in order to ultimately drive maximum growth/ROI.  This is a 9-month contract with possibility of further scope.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Head of Marketing and potentially managing a direct report, you will:

  • Effectively analyse (using tools including Brand Science, TNS, and more) all campaigns and media channels to determine their revenue impact and the optimal mix, timings, messaging, size/length, CTA, audience etc and leverage this data to inform all future campaigns in order to deliver optimal demand generation, retention/acquisition, and sales conversion rates

  • Drive demand generation online and to the telesales teams via a strong and effective mix of online and offline activities

  • Inform and work extremely closely with insights & analytics, campaign, brand and other cross-functional teams to drive maximum ROI and growth opportunities

  • Effectively forecast, plan, analyse, and report on all online and offline demand generation, RGU conversion and other key metrics/activities

  • Manage external media and direct response creative agencies to drive ROI

  • Develop highly dynamic and intelligent reporting dashboards to glean insights and inform maximum use of budget, media and internal resources in order to drive profit and growth

Requirements:
You must have:

  • A minimum f 4/5 years full mix media agency background or experience in a similar consumer focused media or telecommunications client-side role.  This role would suit a media planner, account director, insight manager/planner, or similar experienced professional

  • Be educated to degree level in a marketing, business or related discipline
