Our client, a highly successful Irish legal practice, specialising in Insurance Litigation, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Business Development and Marketing Manager to join their team. With offices in Dublin 2, this organisation has just under 30 employees and partners with a range of clients both domestic and international.

This Business Development and Marketing Manager role is a newly created position within the firm and will suit an experienced professional who has lead a business development and marketing programme for another professional services or organisation.

The role is being offered on a permanent part time basis.

Day to day duties include but are not limited to;

  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities for the firm

  • Managing and developing website and digital and social media activities

  • Developing and delivering a cohesive content and communication strategy

  • Managing the Bids and Tenders process

  • Preparation of all client materials, presentations, and proposals

  • Organisation and attendance at relevant industry events

  • Managing a Thought Leadership Programme for the Senior Leadership team


Requirements

  • 7 years’ plus experience in a Business Development or Marketing Management role.

  • Experience of the professional services, corporate services or legal sector is essential.

  • Strong digital marketing skills.

  • Prior experience in developing and writing bids, tenders and client presentations.

  • Experience in developing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication skills, fluency / native English speaker.


Rewards
A competitive base salary. Flexible working week, this role will suit a candidate looking for a 20 – 25 hour week to be made up over 5 half days or alternatively 2 – 3 longer days.
