               Ireland Brand Portfolio Marketing Manager - FMCG

A leading global brewer, one of the world’s top five consumer product companies is seeking a brand portfolio marketing manager to join their business here in Ireland on a permanent basis. This role will develop and implement marketing plans for key brands in order to deliver against annual plans and long-term strategy. 

This role will report directly to the Marketing Director of UK and Ireland, and will be responsible for developing and implementing 1 year plan and 3 year plan portfolio and brand strategy for Ireland and leading multiple stakeholder teams to develop and implement 360 campaigns. Key to this role will be ensuring full alignment with global teams and stakeholders as well as working with the insights team to track brand health, understand potential of innovation and activations and evaluate performance. This role will also be responsible for leading changes to packaging, including launch of new visual brand identity.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Campaign management:

  • Lead development and implementation of campaigns, managing a cross agency team
  • Ensure activity aligned with global team and other key stakeholders
  • Evaluate effectiveness of campaign, working with Insights team, and implement learnings in future campaigns

Visual brand identity:

  • Manage changes to the visual brand identity in line with global guidelines

Budget Management:

  • Manage overall Ireland marketing budget, ensuring accurate forecasting, PR raising and receipting.

 

To be considered for this role, you must have previous marketing manager level experience within FMCG with the proven experience to deliver challenging results and clear demonstration of project management and critical thinking. Additionally, the ability to build relationships and teams, ability to influence cross functional initiatives and proven ability to persuade and influence to achieve challenging results is essential.
