Job description
My client is a leading financial services organisation who is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist for a 6 month contract.
Reporting into the Head of HR but working very closely with a steering committee of senior key stakeholders, this role is responsible for the implementation of a new Employee Experience piece.
Having been developed in their European Headquarters, this new internal strategy requires a specialist to implement all processes and communications behind it. Other key responsibilities include:
· Develop and manage the communications where all activities are linked up through workstreams, projects, displays & behaviours and with the various volunteer ambassadors
· Very strong Project Management skills
· Gathering stories internally which relate to this strategy and communicating them throughout the organisation.
· Excellent writing skills
· Measurement of activity and engagement
