Job description

Our client, a leading national gaming and fundraising organisation are engaging in a largescale project to overhaul their brand in the local market.

We are delighted to partner with them in recruiting for 3 roles – which will be offered on an 18-month contract basis initially. Ideally to start September 2024.

Joining a marketing team of 10, reporting to the CMO, these roles will be based from a Dublin 1 office location, hybrid working applies 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Go-To-Market Manager

Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for driving sales growth?
Our client is  seeking a dynamic Go-To-Market Manager to lead the development and execution of our product launch strategies. This role is pivotal in ensuring our products achieve maximum market impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Optimise marketing campaigns across all channels to maximize ROI.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage and develop the retail marketing strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven track record in go-to-market strategy and execution.
  • Strong understanding of the retail landscape and consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in the FMCG, retail, or advertising industry.
