Our client is looking for someone to bring unique thinking, flair and individuality to both the brand and organisation. As Global Innovation Brand Manager you will be working on a small immediate team, understanding the brand’s consumers, competitive set and identifying new opportunities within the product range. Our client is very much looking for outside thinking and so for that reason is open to different sectors outside of alcoholic drinks. Whatever the sector whether tech, confectionary etc. it will be important to showcase in-depth knowledge of your target audience and bringing a new or revised product to market.
To be considered for this position you will need:
- To be a creative thinker, bringing any and all new ideas to the party
- Experience in identifying gaps in the market and bringing a product to market
- Project management skills will be important from the point of view of bringing new innovations through the stage gate process
- A strong consumer focus, finger on the pulse of new trends etc.
