Our client a leading global drinks brand have a short term vacancy for a Global Brand Manager.

The ideal candidate should have 5 – 7 years prior experience in a senior or global brand manager role. Joining a team of 6 for this renowned brand the successful candidate will lead on the following activities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovation Strategy: Develop and execute the global innovation strategy in alignment with the brand's values and goals.

  • Product Development: Lead the development of new initiatives and products

  • Consumer Retention and Growth: Strategically plan to retain existing consumers within the  brand while attracting new consumers to drive long-term business growth.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Global Marketing Team, Local Marketing, Sales Teams, Creative Agencies, and New Product Development teams.

  • Marketing Materials: Develop marketing materials to support new innovations for the brand.

  • Execution Excellence: Ensure the successful execution of new innovations and marketing campaigns to maintain the brand's reputation.

  • Omnichannel Campaigns: Plan and implement omnichannel marketing campaigns, including measurement and evaluation, to reach consumers effectively.

  • Local Market Integration: Collaborate with local market teams to integrate innovations into their plans and provide them with the necessary information and materials.

This role would be an ideal fit to a candidate who is immediately available on the market, a senior brand professional who is either looking for a short term opportunity or the chance to gain experience with a leading global consumer brand.

The role is likely to run from September 2023 – December 2023 but may turn into something longer term / permanent for the successful candidate.

The role will be based onsite 2 days per week in Dublin city centre, flexible or remote working for the remaining days.
